Eligible participants are “any healthy men and women.” Strollers and wheelchairs are all allowed.
The participation fee is 30,000 KRW, and the full amount will be donated.
Children under the age of 11 (born after January 1, 2015) can be registered free of charge as accompanying children of a registered guardian.
Pre-distributed items are not provided to free-registered children, but official event T-shirts will be given on-site free of charge
The event T-shirts given to free-registered children are divided into infant (under 7) and child (8–11) sizes. When applying, please be sure to check the number of children and their ages
Registration can be done in two ways: Registering Yourself and Gifting a Ticket.
This is the basic registration method; apply if you are directly participating.
You can register yourself and your companions together.
Pre-distributed items will be delivered to one address.
For group registration, please apply for the required number of participants.
You can purchase and gift tickets to friends, family, or neighbors by sharing a link where they can enter their information.
You can invite friends who live far away
The invited person can directly enter the delivery address for pre-distributed items, and each delivery address can be set separately.
Cancellations and refunds will not be possible after September 30
If cancellation and refund are made before the specified period, a full refund will be given.

This is the official 2025 Walk Together My5K T-shirt provided to all participants. Please be sure to wear it on the event day.
From yarn to fabric, cutting, and production, everything was made domestically.
Size changes will not be possible after September 30.
For pre-registered children, official T-shirts will be given on-site.

Wristbands must be worn on the event day to participate in activities and exchange gifts at the venue.
If wristbands are lost or forgotten, they will not be reissued on-site. Please make sure to wear them.
Wristbands will be used at the game booth zone at the venue.
Please visit the zone that matches the color of your wristband (Love / Together / Change / Miracle) to participate in activities.
Some booths require wristbands for participation. Please wear them and join.
Pre-distributed items will only be shipped to registered participants.
(Accompanying children not registered will not receive items. However, pre-registered children will be provided with T-shirts on-site.)
Size changes for T-shirts will not be possible once shipping begins.
Shipping Schedule: Items will be shipped sequentially starting from September 23.
Delivery may take 2–3 days depending on region and courier company circumstances.
For the smooth progress of the 2025 Walk Together My5K,
please arrive at the assembly point <Seoul City Hall Plaza> by <8:30 AM>, 30 minutes before departure.
Departure time is 9:00 AM, and due to course characteristics, participation after departure is difficult.
The walking course uses main roads. Please follow the staff’s guidance to ensure completion within the event schedule
For participant safety, you must follow the instructions of staff and police.
The event will proceed as scheduled even in rain.
Please bring your own rain gear if needed. Umbrellas and raincoats will not be provided on-site.
Parking: Please use private parking lots near City Hall.
No official parking lots are designated.
Since it is a major downtown area, traffic may be congested. Please use public transportation whenever possible.
There are no shuttle buses operating at the destination (Hyochang Stadium). Please use public transportation.

Participant facilities (information desk, restrooms) are available at the starting and finishing points.
To prevent disruption during the walk, please use the facilities as much as possible before or after the event.
There will be no storage service. Please bring only minimal belongings that will not interfere with walking.
My5K Walk Together is not a competition to measure records.
It is a meaningful 5km walk event together for the purpose of sharing.
The course will be guided by staff. Please follow their instructions during the walk.
As the course uses car roads, staff will control traffic. Please follow guidance for safe and smooth progress.
Strollers and wheelchairs can also move smoothly on the course without affecting the event.
Participants who disregard staff instructions and proceed on their own will not be covered in case of accidents. Please cooperate to complete within the given time to avoid inconveniencing citizens.
Please collect pre-registered children’s T-shirts and ID wristbands at the starting point.
Various experience programs will be available at the finish line. Please participate and enjoy.
Some zones at the finish line require wristbands. Please make sure to wear your wristband.
(Wristbands are included in pre-event items.)
At the finish line, please go to the zone matching your wristband color. This helps distribute participants evenly.
There will be performances at the finish line. Please gather near the stage during performances to support the performers.
Simple snacks will be provided at the finish area after the walk. Please be sure to collect them at the Food Sharing Zone! !
The walk will take about one hour. Participants must assess their own health condition and decide
whether they can join safely without overexertion.
If you feel unwell during the walk, please inform staff immediately. Medical staff will be on standby.
(This is equivalent to emergency response, so please carefully consider participation if you are unwell.)
My5K Walk Together arranges medical staff and ambulances around the venue and
provides group insurance for all participants.
In case of injury or accident, first aid will be provided (from on-site treatment to hospital transfer),
and compensation will be covered within insurance limits.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Children under 11 must wear ID wristbands provided at the starting point.
Emergency medical stations and ambulances will be placed along the course.
In case of an accident, please seek help from nearby staff or medical personnel.
